Depends what you want - do you have $$? Then no probs the world is yours - SIRSI Dynix, TLC, Follett, etc.
If you have no dollars then you can go open source (but you do need an IT person to support you) Koha, Evergreen and if you are in India I would recommend NewGenLib (who have gr8 support team). eGranthalya I found very poor in terms of features and support.
