teachers in rural primary schools in kenya and tanzania while need to be proactive have taken they role as normal teaching and hence no efforts at all take bold steps to inculcate the culture of reading in children.this has led to poor performance while teacher claim they are finishing the syllabus,this doesnt add up,and we need to discuss ways of helping this teachers while changing their style of working.See More
