What kind? Fiction readers ? Non fiction? Encyclopedias?
Do you have electricity?
What exactly do you have in the way of resources?

unfortunately school libraries are not my expertise, you should ask Niels Damgaard for advice on this as he has long term experience in supporting librarians in schools (he is also a member of IASL so easy to contact)

I understand that you would like to set up a library for your pupils? What do you need exactly? Do you already have books? Fiction for encouraging your pupils to read en to develop pleasure in reading, for example?
