1) Such a situation happens the first time in the history of mankind.
A single man got to use your personal computer + internet = very powerful tool. This tool can do very much. How he will use this tool depends solely on his WILL (!!!).
2) The Internet is a world more children and adolescents than adults. DO YOU KNOW WHAT YOUR CHILD IS DOING in INTERNET?
Therefore, there are new and urgent challenges for the upbringing and education.
