When we go back to school next week after the half term break, as well as our Accelerated Reading lessons we are starting to run a Library Skills Programme for our year 7/8 students. 2010-11 school year brought four important prizes for the Greek school libraries.
2 european ones and three national prizes. Not bad for an institution that counts a mere decade in education!
However, in view of the economical situation in Greece, they face an uncertain future, speaking of funding and personnel cut-downs.
